Data Retention Policy
We guarantee to keep your user account and data intact for a minimum of 30 days after your account has lapsed or not been renewed. Accounts lapsed for over thirty 30 days may be deleted.

Account Notification
We will attempt to notify you at your listed email address approximately thirty 30 days in advance of your account renewal date. In order that we may contact you, please make sure that the listed email address in your Personal Settings page is updated with a valid address.

Account Continuity
Accounts can be reopened within 30 days of lapsing and still retain continuity with previously stored data; that is, your account will be the same as it was the last time you logged into it. If you need assistance reopening your account, please contact us.

Account Recovery
Account data may or may not be recoverable after a lapse of more than 30 days. If you need to recover Tracker records from an account that's been closed for more than 30 days, please contact us.

Data Backups
Account data is backed up nightly and transfered to off-site storage weekly. Backup data is held for a minimum of 30 days. If you need to recover information from your account (Tracker, Journal, Contacts, etc), please contact us immediately to make arrangements.
